Deep Tissue Massage
Relieves severe tension in the muscles. The benefits of deep tissue massage therapy are similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints.

Medical Massage
Helps relieve discomfort and pain caused by overuse from chronic disorders. The increased and enhanced blood circulation helps to relieve muscle tension, reduce soreness, and make for a faster recovery. Then, the relaxed muscles can experience “an increase in range of motion and flexibility,” as explained in a study in the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, heated stones penetrate deep into sore muscles and alleviate tension. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

A massage used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. Our cupping therapy uses pure manual therapy with vacuum cups. Please note: cupping marks are common and expected and can last about a week.
